Meals on Wheels Port Colborne

Meals on Wheels Port Colborne Inc. partners with their volunteers to promote healthy, independent living through home delivery of nutritious meals services and personal contact for those at nutritional risk due to age, living with a physical or cognitive disability, convalescing from illness or surgery and their caregivers.

Ontario Seniors Dental Health Care Program

Learn about eligibility and enrollment in the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP) with Valerie Wehlann. The Government of Ontario developed the OSDCP to provide free dental care for low-income seniors (65 and older). Valerie works as the Dental Health Community Worker at Bridges Community Health Centre
